The Outlet Village Tickit Promotion 12 April 2024 -12 May 2024

The following The Outlet Village Tickit Promotion terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”) apply to new Members and existing Members who wish to participate in the Promotion (as defined below). These T&Cs are subject to the Dubai Holding Loyalty Programme General Terms and Conditions which are incorporated by reference herein.  

The Promotion

1. Spend a minimum of AED 400 using a UAE-issued credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard) linked to a Member’s DHLP Account Virtual Wallet at any Partner Outlet in The Outlet Village (each a “Promotion Partner Outlet”, together the “Promotion Partner Outlets”) and stand a chance to be eligible to win 20,000 DHLP Points (equivalent to AED 20,000) (each a “Prize”, together the “Prizes”) subject to these T&Cs (the “Promotion”).

2. To participate in the Promotion, you must download the DHLP App, link your UAE-issued credit and/or debit card (Visa or Mastercard).                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      

3. To participate in the Promotion, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old and a UAE resident holding a valid Emirates ID.  

4. This Promotion is valid from 12 April 2024 to 12 May 2024 (the “Term”).

5. This Promotion is only valid and shall take place in the UAE.  

6. At the end of the Term, a total of three (3) Members shall be eligible to win a Prize (each a “Winner”, together the “Winners”).

7. Each transaction of at least AED 400 made by a Member at a Promotion Partner Outlet during the Term gives that Member a single entry into the draw for a chance to win a Prize (the “Draw”).

8. A transaction made by a Member at a Promotion Partner Outlet that is more than AED 400 will be rounded down to the nearest hundred denomination to determine the number of entries in the Draw, for example:  

• If a Member spends AED 475 at a Promotion Partner Outlet, they will receive 1 entry to the Draw;  
• If a Member spends AED 800 at a Promotion Partner Outlet, they will receive 2 entries to the Draw;  
• If a Member spends AED 870 at a Promotion Partner Outlet, they will receive 2 entries to the Draw; or
• If a Member spends AED 1,200 at a Promotion Partner Outlet, they will receive 3 entries to the Draw.

9. Two separate transactions cannot be combined to qualify for more entries into the Draw.

10. If the Member subsequently cancels the order/returns the goods which generated one or more entries into the Draw, the relevant entries will be withdrawn.

11. The Winners shall be chosen by Dubai Holding and a representative of the DET by a random draw process on 22^nd April, 1^st May and 13^th May 2024 (the “Draw Date”). The Draw Date is subject to change at the sole discretion of Dubai Holding and Dubai Holding may add one or more Draw Dates.  

12. The Winners will be contacted via email and/or WhatsApp using the email address and/or phone number the Winner has registered on his/her DHLP Account.  

13. The DHLP Points shall be credited to the Winners’ DHLP Account Virtual Wallet on the Draw Date.  

14. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be encashed or exchanged and cannot be used in conjunction with any other DHLP offer or promotion.

15. The Prizes are awarded on an “as is” basis and without any warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied.  

16. Dubai Holding respects the privacy of Members and hereby undertakes that any and all information provided pursuant to entry into the Draw will only be used in accordance with the applicable data protection rules and regulations as per the DHLP Privacy Policy which can be found at https://gettickit.com/privacy-notice.php.

17. Members can contact a DHLP App customer service representative via the DHLP App in relation to any queries.
