Tickit Golden Tickit Campaign in collaboration with Dubai Shopping Festival (“DSF”) 2024-2025
The following Tickit Golden Tickit Campaign in collaboration with DSF 2024-2025 Terms and Conditions (the “DSF T&Cs”) apply to all Members wishing to participate in the Promotion (defined below). These DSF T&Cs are subject to the Dubai Holding Loyalty Programme General Terms and Conditions which are incorporated by reference herein.
1. Spend with a UAE-issued credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard) linked to a Member’s DHLP Account Virtual Wallet at any Partner Outlet and stand a chance to win the Golden Tickit (defined below) (the “Promotion”) subject to these DSF T&Cs.
2. To participate in the Promotion, you must download the DHLP App, link your UAE-issued credit and/or debit card (Visa or Mastercard).
3. To participate in the Promotion, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old and a UAE resident holding a valid Emirates ID.
4. This Promotion is valid from 6 December 2024 to 12 January 2025 (the “Term”).
5. This Promotion is only valid and shall take place in the UAE.
The Golden Tickit
6. Members (whether existing at the date of the Promotion or who registers with the DHLP for the first time during the Term) shall be eligible to participate in the Promotion for a chance to win 10,000 DHLP Points (equivalent to AED 10,000) (the “Golden Tickit Points”) to spend at any of the Partner Outlets (the “Golden Tickit”) subject to compliance with the other terms set out in these DSF T&Cs.
7. There will be a total of thirty (30) winners of the Golden Tickit (each a “Winner”, and together the “Winners”) during the Term.
8. Each transaction made by a Member at a Partner Outlet during the Term gives that Member a single entry into the draw for a chance to win the Golden Tickit (the “Draw”).
9. If the Member subsequently cancels the order/returns the goods which generated one or more entries into the Draw, the relevant entries will be withdrawn.
10. The Winners shall be chosen by Dubai Holding and a representative of the Dubai Economy & Tourism Department (DET) by a random draw process on the following draw dates:
- 17 December 2024 (11 Winners);
- 26 December 2024 (9 Winners);
- 7 January 2025 (7 Winners); and
- 15 January 2025 (3 Winners),
each a “Draw Date”, and together the “Draw Dates”).
11. The Draw Dates are subject to the change at the sole direction of Dubai Holding and Dubai Holding may, at its sole discretion, add further Draw Dates, provided that the maximum total number of Winners for the Golden Tickit is thirty (30).
12. Winners of the Golden Tickit will be contacted via email and/or WhatsApp using the email address and/or phone number the Winner has registered on his/her DHLP Account.
13. The Golden Tickit Points shall be credited to the Winner’s DHLP Account Virtual Wallet on the relevant Draw Date.
14. The Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be encashed or exchanged and cannot be used in conjunction with any other DHLP offer or promotion.
15. The Prizes are awarded on an “as is” basis and without any warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied.
16. Winners may be required to present an original and valid Emirates ID along with the email notification and/or WhatsApp notification received from Dubai Holding to claim the Daily Prize and/or the Golden Tickit.
17. Dubai Holding respects the privacy of Members and hereby undertakes that any and all information provided pursuant to entry into the Draw will only be used in accordance with the applicable data protection rules and regulations as per the DHLP Privacy Policy which can be found at https://www.gettickit.com/privacy-notice.
18. Members can contact a DHLP App customer service representative via the DHLP App in relation to any queries.
