The Promotion shall be applicable to all ADCB Credit Card and Debit Card (“ADCB Card”) holders who are participating members in the DH Loyalty Product (“Members”).

Members shall be enrolled in ‘Tickit Together’ and shall be entitled to receive the following benefits:

1- Triple the receipt of points in the DH Loyalty Product on each spend at a DH Loyalty Product partner outlet using a ADCB Card; and

2- Special offers and discounts at the Merchant and the Merchant’s Affiliates’ entertainment and food and beverage partner outlets, decided at the sole discretion of the Merchant and subject to availability during the Offer Period (defined below).

Triple points mechanism in collaboration with ADCB 5 July 2024 to 1 September 2024

3- Upon a Member registering on the DH Loyalty Product and linking their ADCB Card, the Member will become eligible for the triple point benefits;

4- Members will receive their points instantly as and when they spend at a DH Loyalty Product partner outlet;

5- All jewellery stores, Rent and Service charge offers listed on the DH Loyalty Product shall be excluded from the Promotion; and

6- The maximum number of Bonus Points earned by a Member for each month of the Term shall be capped at 100 DH Points across all Partner Outlets.

7- A valid ADCB Card must be used by a Member for payment to redeem the abovementioned benefits.

8- The Promotion is applicable only to Members using a ADCB Card and who have received the Promotion communication.

9- The Promotion is valid from 5 July 2024 to 1 September 2024 (the “Term”).

10- The Promotion shall be valid on all days during the Offer Period including UAE public holidays.

11- Members participating in the Promotion shall be subject to the applicable terms and conditions prescribed to ADCB Cards by ADCB.

12- This offer cannot be combined with any other points multiplier offers running at the same time.

Raffle Draw Campaign (in collaboration with ADCB) 28 June 2024 to 1 September 2024

The following Tickit Raffle Draw Campaign (in collaboration with ADCB) terms and conditions (the “Raffle Draw T&Cs”) apply to all Members wishing to participate in the Promotion (as defined below). These Raffle Draw T&Cs are subject to the Dubai Holding Loyalty Programme General Terms and Conditions which are incorporated by reference herein.

1- Spend a minimum of AED 500 at a Partner Outlet using a ADCB-issued credit or debit card linked to a Member’s DHLP Account Virtual Wallet and have the chance to win 10,000 DHLP Points (equivalent to AED 10,000) (each a “Prize”, together the “Prizes”) subject to these Raffle Draw T&Cs (the “Promotion”).

2- The Promotion is only valid and shall take place in the United Arab Emirates.

3- The Promotion is valid from 28 June 2024 to 1 September 2024 (the “Term”).

4- Each spend of at least AED 500 made by a Member at a Partner Outlet during the Term will give that Member a single entry into the draw for a chance to win a Prize (the “Draw”).

5- Two separate transactions cannot be combined to qualify for more entries into the Draw.

6- A transaction made by a Member at a Partner Outlet that is more than AED 500 will be rounded down to the nearest hundred denomination to determine the number of entries in the Draw, for example:

a. If a Member spends AED 500 at a Partner Outlet, they will receive one (1) entry to the Draw;

b. If a Member spends AED 1,000 at a Partner Outlet, they will receive two (2) entries to the Draw;

c. If a Member spends AED 1,370 at a Partner Outlet, they will receive two (2) entries to the Draw; or

d. If a Member spends AED 1,500 at a Partner Outlet, they will receive three (3) entries to the Draw.

7- The Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be encashed or exchanged and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

8- The Prizes will be awarded on an “as is” basis and without any warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied.

9- If a Member subsequently cancels or omits the relevant transaction which generated one or more entries into the Draw, the relevant entries will be withdrawn.

10- At the end of the Term, a total of ten (10) Members shall be eligible to win a Prize (each a “Winner”, together the “Winners”). The total number of Prizes shall be 100,000 DH Points (equivalent to AED 100,000).

11- A Member may only be eligible to win a Prize once during the Term.

12- The Winners shall be chosen by DH and a representative of the Department of Economy and Tourism by a random draw process on such date and at such time as decided by DH at its sole discretion (the “Draw Date”). The Draw Date is subject to change at the sole discretion of DH and DH may add one or more Draw Dates.

13- The first five (5) Winners will be selected for transactions made during the period from 28 June 2024 up to and including 31 July 2024 and the remaining five (5) Winners will be selected for transactions made during the period from 1 August 2024 up to and including 1 September 2024, in accordance with clause 12.  

14- The Winners will be contacted via e-mail and/or WhatsApp using the e-mail address and/or mobile number the Member has registered on the App.

15- The Prize shall be credits to the Winners’ Virtual Payment Card on the Draw Date.

16- The Promotion is only valid for retail purchases at Partner Outlets and shall exclude purchases of rent, service charges, and jewellery.

17- The Promotion is only valid for personal purchases.

18- Members who are DH, the ADCB’s and its and their affiliates’ employees (including their immediate family members) shall not be entitled to participate in this Promotion.

19- DH respects the privacy of Members and undertakes that any and all information provided pursuant to entry into the Draw will only be used in accordance with the applicable data protection rules and regulations as per the DHLP Privacy Policy which can be found at https://gettickit.com/privacy-notice.php
