Tickit Campaign in collaboration with Al Khawaneej Walk:

The following Eideya Campaign in collaboration with Al Khawaneej Walk Terms and Conditions apply to all Members wishing to participate in the Promotion (defined below). These T&Cs are subject to the Dubai Holding Loyalty Programme General Terms and Conditions which are incorporated by reference herein.

1. Spend with a UAE-issued credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard) linked to Tickit Account at any Partner Outlet in Al Khawaneej Walk and stand a chance to win a Prize of AED 2000 in Tickit Points (the “Promotion”) subject to these T&Cs.

2. To participate in the Promotion, you must download Tickit Rewards, link your UAE-issued credit and/or debit card (Visa or Mastercard).

3. To participate in the Promotion, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old and a UAE resident holding a valid Emirates ID.

4. This Promotion is valid from 1 April to 29 April 2024 (the “Term”).

5. This Promotion is only valid and shall take place in the UAE.

Eideya Campaign:

6. At the end of the campaign, 10 Tickit members shall be eligible to win 2,000 Tickit Points (equivalent to AED 2,000)

7. There will be a total of 10 winners of Eideya Campaign: (each a “Winner”) during the Term.

8. Each transaction of AED 200 made by Tickit users at Al Khawaneej Outlets gives the Member a single entry into the draw for a chance to win the Eideya.

9. A transaction made by a Member at Al Khawaneej outlets that is more than AED 200 will be rounded down to the nearest hundred denomination to determine the number of entries in the Draw, for example:

If a Member spends AED 275 at a Partner Outlet, they will receive 1 entry to the Draw;

If a Member spends AED 400 at a Partner Outlet, they will receive 2 entries to the Draw;

If a Member spends AED 470 at a Partner Outlet, they will receive 2 entries to the Draw; or

If a Member spends AED 620 at a Partner Outlet, they will receive 3 entries to the Draw.

10. Two separate transactions cannot be combined to qualify for more entries into the Draw.

11. If the Member subsequently cancels the order/returns the goods which generated one or more entries into the Draw, the relevant entries will be withdrawn.

12. Each Winner shall be chosen by Dubai Holding and a representative of the Dubai Economy & Tourism Department (DET) by a random draw process.

13. The Draw Date is subject to the change at the sole direction of Dubai Holding and Dubai Holding may, at its sole discretion, add further Draw Dates.

14. Winners will be contacted via email and/or WhatsApp using the email address and/or phone number the Winner has registered on his/her Tickit account.

15. The Tickit Points shall be credited to the Winner’s DHLP Account Virtual Wallet on the Draw Date.
