Tickit is a new rewards programme brought to you by Dubai Holding, available across your favourite brands and destinations in the UAE. The programme offers a comprehensive rewards experience across a range of restaurants, fashion stores, attractions, cinemas, theme parks, grocery outlets, online purchases and many more. Your points will be credited to your account almost instantly after you make a purchase with your linked cards (VISA or Mastercard issued in the UAE only). If you have not received your points after 5 days for any reason, please share with us the credit or debit card payment slip (that’s the small receipt - not the large invoice) that you have received, to our e-mail support@gettickit.com, and we will resolve your enquiry as soon as possible.

Tickit uses bank-grade security to ensure your card information is safe. Tickit doesn’t store credit or banking information. All credit and debit card information is stored with our banking partner via their highly secure tokenization and vaulting systems. You can activate biometrics to access the Tickit App to ensure the highest level of security on your personal device.

If you get a refund, the points you earned on your initial transaction will automatically get deducted from your points balance.

Your points expire on the following December from when your points have been issued. For Example, if you earned Points in June 15th, 2022, those points will Expire on December 31st, 2023

You will see a virtual VISA payment card on your account in the app. You will need to have a mobile wallet on your phone (Apple Pay, Samsung Wallet, Google Pay). Simply use this virtual payment card to pay just like you would through any contactless payment method. All participating redemption outlets are posted on the Tickit app for your convenience.

Your data belongs to you. We have designed this programme with the strictest adherence to UAE and global data protection regulations. We use your data to develop offers that you may find relevant via the App. We will never sell your data to a third party.

Unfortunately, at this stage, you cannot transfer points to any other member. However, your supplementary card holders can also join Tickit by creating their own accounts to start earning points too.
