Get to know tickit
✔ Make sure you’ve linked at least One credit or debit card on the app. Only then, you’ll be able to earn rewards points with Tickit across our partners.
✔ To add a card(s) please access:
Profile ▶▶ Cards ▶▶ Add Card. You can add your card manually or by scanning.
✔ Tickit is available to all Mastercard and VISA credit and debit card users in the UAE. Cards must be issued in the UAE.
🎈 Is a QR code or a membership number required for earning points?
🌟 You don’t need to present the app or loyalty card to earn your points at Points of Sale or online (at Tickit partner outlets)!
🌟There’s no need to scan receipts or upload information to the app. Your points are gathered instantly and there’s no minimum spend to earn points!
🌟 You can link one or many cards to optimise the possibility to earn points.
🌟 You simply use your linked card to pay. Apple Pay/Samsung Wallet/Google Pay work too. In essence, you may be earning points some days without even realising it.
🌟 Tickit is free to download and use.
🎈 I do not wish to link my credit or debit card to the application of the Tickit rewards programme. Can I still use the application?
Unfortunately, you cannot earn or redeem points with Tickit if you don’t link at least one of your UAE-issued credit or debit cards to your account on the Tickit app. Once you use your linked card at participating Tickit partner outlets, you’ll see your points grow with Tickit.

🎈 How are my points calculated?
You can collect points from 0.5 to 5% depending on the outlet. From the application, outlets highlight the percentage that they offer next to their logos.
🎈 How long does it take to earn points? My points are not showing up after I made a purchase with a linked card?
Your points will be credited to your account almost instantly after you make a purchase with your linked cards (VISA or Mastercard issued in the UAE only). If you have not received your points after 5 days for any reason, please share with us the credit or debit card payment slip (that’s the small receipt - not the large invoice) that you have received, to our e-mail support@gettickit.com, and we will resolve your enquiry as soon as possible.
🎈 Do my earned points expire?
Your points expire on the following December from when your points have been issued. For example, if you earned points on 15 June 2023, those points will expire on 31 December 2024.
🎈 Will I be able to collect points everywhere?
You can earn points at all Tickit partner outlets, brands and destinations. Please check the Tickit app for the list of all locations.

🌟 1 Tickit point is equivalent to AED 1.00
🌟 As soon as you reach AED 50, you will be able to access your virtual VISA payment card.
🌟 Under the “Redeem Points” section, located on the home page select “Press Here to Redeem”, complete the steps required and your virtual Visa payment card will be ready for use.
🌟 You will need to have a mobile wallet application on your phone (Apple Pay, Samsung Wallet, Google Pay).
🌟 On your mobile wallet application, select to add a new card and then provide your card details available on Tickit. Then, you can proceed to use the card via your mobile wallet at participating partners.
🎈 Where can I redeem my points?
Redemption is available only at participating outlets posted on the Tickit app.
🎈 What If I don’t have enough Tickit points balance to pay for the full amount?
If you wish to use your points to complete a payment, it will be possible to pay an amount with your virtual payment card on the Tickit app. You can then complete the remainder of the payment with your linked credit or debit card in order to earn more points.
